Management Development (3 Day)
This course is designed to up-skill managers in modern team leadership techniques and brings them up to date with relevant legislation. As with our other management training courses and programmes, Management Development has been written and is delivered by people that have worked their way from operative level up to senior management. They have therefore experienced and resolved the sort of problems that today’s manager’s encounter on a daily basis. Although a lot is crammed into the three days of the course, it is designed to encourage frank dialog between the group and uses case studies and group work to aid learning. Our Management Development course can be used as a follow-on from the Supervisor Development course or as a stand along programme. Subjects include:

As with all of our management courses, Management Development can be split into modules and ran over three consecutive days, day release, at weekends or as required. This is a popular course and has provided tangible benefits to a wide variety of organisations. As mentioned, and as with all Risk Compliance courses; Management Development is a mix of theoretical and practical exercises.
