We are recruiting health & safety enviromental consultants and trainers. Working knowledge of high risk industries, construction and/or utilities would be a distinct advantage as this is where most of our business is currently situated. We are established provider of health, safety and environmental training and consultancy services to all sectors of industry and commerce within the UK and across Europe, including both in-company and open programmers and services.
The Role
Health and Safety Trainer
The role is based in Kent. A car will come as part of the package due to the level of traveling around the UK.
The main responsibilities will be 70% training and 30% Consultation.
The Duties
The role consists of providing training including;
- Manual Handling
- Risk assessment
- Fire risk assessment
- IOSH working safely
- IOSH managing safely
As a consultant you will responsible for managing a client portfolio, providing advice, support and guidance on H&S legislation.
Additional duties will include:
- Risk assessments
- Site inspections
- H&S audits
- Accident investigations
- Implementing management systems
- Writing policies/procedures
The Person
The company requires an enthusiastic H&S professional with a passion for providing 1st class training packages.
The qualifications required are as follows;
- NEBOSH Diploma (level 6)
- NVQ level 4 OR 5
- British Safety Council Diploma
Candidates MUST hold GRADUATE membership of IOSH as a minimum.
H&S training, management (or supervision) & production experience is essential.
